yeah when a low quality keyboard with integrated hit-and-miss touchpad and cheap pen in holder comes in at ~$380-400, it's time to start using a different product than the surface. what an absolutely rip.
Oath! We have an old SP3 or maybe 4, the keyboard is falling to bits and fraying at the edges. But they used to sell at around $120. Never got around to buying one, I thought they were a rip but this one takes the cake!
The mechanical bits in the flap at the back that holds it up has carked it and barely works.
Been ok but really needed more RAM, always slow due to using lots of swap.
It just looks like MS has worked out how to make lots of money on accessories, that blows my mortality/ethics fuse and I won’t be buying another. I also saw a deal for a 1TB hdd for an Xbox at something like $450! Since you can buy 1TB hdds, even removable for sub-$100, it’s total gorging as their cost price is probably $50-80. Reminds me of the old printer cartridge scams.
