As many as you want as they are added as credit in account first.
dont think theres a limit, you load it as credit in your kogan account

Tbh I've had to get a replacement from Kogan for oen of their label items that was faulty and was super easy (on par with Amazon)

That's a "We miss you" credit. You might have received a targeted email giving you that $20.
This is the one I added to my account after I bought the $100 giftcard. I haven't received a $15 or $20 targeted email for more than one year already.
if you didnt enter in the $20 gift code as an evoucher its probably something else
