Bought 4 of these a year or so ago, $5 at that time in store. They're good basic headtorches, although the kids often manage to unclip the strap and then can't get it back on themselves.

Got one of these when it is was $4. Good for the money - puts out a nice flood, good for walking and close up work.

  • Got 5 and click and collect. Nice! Thanks.

100 lumens is a joke lol.

    • +6

why did 100 lumens cross the road? They didn't, 100 lumens can't travel that far.

Best I could come up with, sorry. I'll leave now..

  • Can confirm this is rubbish that even children get frustrated with.

I don't agree with all the negative comments. I went camping while it was raining and bought 2 of these for $3 after discount each prior and they worked a treat, still had battery life after using on full for 5+ hrs almost always on. Highly recommend at $1… Almost tempted to grab more myself for when/if current ones die. Good deal if you can C&C!

Ended up buying 10 more :)

the 3.95 arlec one from bunnings is pretty decent, and probably more accessible

My closest store with stock is Anaconda Bunbury just 12,375.5 kms away. Just trying to decide whether its worth the drive down

Do it… Nice road trip with the petrol prices

    100 lumens :(

  • bought one. does not look like water or splash proof. and battery not included. the ones from Kmart and Bunnings do.

  • My order was just cancelled / refunded.
    I know I shouldn't care, it was only $1, but I'm still a bit sad :(

  • +2

No battery included. But it rates 9 hours use. One each for the family - everyone wears a head torch in the house to save electricity costs. One on the dog collar too (flashing of course!) Use all the rechargeable batteries - charged at the office under work desk overnight!

    • The simplicity is genius!
