    Rep, where are you located, and would you offer free pickup from your roastery?

    $75 is a pretty high hurdle for free shipping…I'd have to be pretty certain I like your beans to order 2kg! (I would definitely need to try them first!)

    I would pick up a 250g bag to try (if it didn't cost me $25), or a sample pack or something…to see if I want to add some Robusta / viet coffee to my wholebean supplies. (I already buy caf and decaf arabica espresso beans - I just use Trung Nguyen Creative 4 for my phin ca phe fix)

    Ie. Maybe your beans are great, and I would make 2kg orders to get the free shipping! But right now, it is not really cost effective for me to try, so I'm unlikely to bother, tbh.

    Just my 2c.

        Ah yeah, we’re based in Sydney.
        @caprimuglus, where are you based?

          I'm in Melbourne unfortunately. :(

          But next time I'm up in Sydney, I would happily drop by to pick up a bag (if allowed)! :)

          Otherwise, you might consider an introductory / sample deal for a future promotion - see the successful "free sample" deal run by Undercover Roasters recently:

          (Not saying you have to giveaway coffee like they did! I just mean an attractive deal to entice people to try, and get us hooked on your product!) :)
