Not as cheap as last year Prime Day's ~$200 or so for Prime Members, but this seems like a decent price for those who want one now, without Prime membership.

I bought one of these last year, excellent mic.
It's a dynamic mic so it will not pick up your entire room and background noise. You will need to have it relatively close to your face, I recommend picking up a boom arm if your setup/budget can accommodate.
does the mv7x need a cloudlifter?
No, it also does not warrant your attention at that price point.
