Have to let people know not to waste your money on their sticky chai. It's not nice at all and many people who love chai in my network have all unanimously disliked this chai.
I do want to try the coffee but will never buy the chai again
Have you tried Prana chai? Pretty sure its still on sale at Inglewood Roasters. Undercover/Brewhouse beans have always been great. Decent customer service too.
Yep that's the best of the best. I've asked UCR to look at Prana to develop their chai but no response

we used to stock prana but then moved to our own range of chocolates and chais but will be sure to keep your feedback in mind if we do a product redevelopment.
Any specifics you can give in terms of strength, spices, sweetness etc would be helpful too!
@undercoverroasters: There is a strong dominant flavour which completely ruins the tea. I'm not sure what it is and I wish I can tell you the ingredient to help you. However since prana chai is really the best available it's worth looking at that tea as a base

I haven't had the Sticky Chai but really like the Chai Spice (which was out of stock for ages, and then never reduced, so good to see it back and on sale). It's a powder (whereas the sticky is an actual tea I think?) so possibly not an authentic chai experience, but tastes very pleasant and like what you get when you order a chai latte at a coffee shop. I haven't found anything comparable in a packet at the supermarket.
yes thats correct, ground spiced chai is a powder and the sticky is honey soaked tea leaves.

Unfortunately I was sent the Sticky Chai instead of the Chai Spice and over the last two weeks have intermittently tried to contact Brewhouse Roasters by email, webform, phone and facebook (and also Undercover Roasters via webform as a last resort) to get this fixed, and it's been total radio silence…not quite sure why it's so impossible to a) get a response and b) get the product I ordered, but I won't be buying anything from these businesses again, despite my previous regular support. I'm just over spending money with companies that can't do basic customer service properly.
Which and blends are decaf is better? Undercover roasters or Brew house? Normally drink black only.

Decaf are both the same on UCR and Brewhouse.
House blend (Brewhouse) or WHT (UCR) are both nice as black coffee, or any of the single origins :)
