  After buying two items, the advertised 'original' price on the website is very different to the 'was' price on the email confirmation received. For example the Rip Stop Sweat Top 'original' website price is $250, compared to the email confirmation 'was' $59 price.

  Is there a case here for consumer affairs to get involved?

  JAG today is definitely not what JAG was 10+ years ago when items were Made in Australia. I saw their clothing recently in David Jones and noticed the items were made in Bangladesh. I'd put this in the same basket quality as Kmart items these days.

    Btw JAG "Made in Australia", was literally made in Australia by sweatshop workers. I know this, my mum was one of the workers, she was given unrealistic production quotas each week by middlemen.

    You can include Country Road in this list. Scummy companies.

          @askme69: "unrealistic production quotas" - I wonder how employees made up for these quotas, maybe working longer than their paid hours? I wonder if that's legal - I suspect not.

  Looks like this is sold out now.

  Luckily I bought this the other day for $24 or so. It's certainly one of the nicest pieces in my daggy wardrobe, and feels quite premium to someone that doesn't know that much about clothes. XL fits me well (6'5" / fit-ish).

  Just bought a few pairs of pants that were also on sale, hopefully they're as good.
