    Assuming you're talking about wireless mode, according to description:

    Wireless mode:
    5W
    For Pods 2, Pods Pro, etc

    10W
    For … S20+/S20/S10+/S10 etc

    10W isn't the fastest wireless charge but probably the best you'll get in this price range for a power bank

  It's universal, I would say the main thing that would be "iPhone only" is the magnet for magsafe.

  Recently bought a Baseus 15W 30,000 mAh QC PD power bank from the recent 20% off Ebay deal. Power bank wouldn't QC my S20 but cable charged at a slightly slower rate. Tried to get a return but they asked for a short video. Don't know if I received a defective unit but probably wouldn't buy from them again. Still have my old Xiaomi power bank from 2018 still going strong.
