Cannot find the offer's T&C1 but it does not seem to have a minimum spend requirement. (Well, technically it's $1 - good luck finding something cheaper than that.)

Maximum spend is $1000.

The code is listed on ShopBack but not on Cashrewards. (Edit: is now)
