Nope. im on ozbargain because I'm a tight arse. I don't want a $2k phone discounted to $800, I want a $300 phone discounted to $50 and I'm only replacing it every 4 years
I am a tight arse too, but remember you get what you pay for. I used to have $300 phones and they are all crap. through shenanigans and trade in manipulations I now have S21+ and I can easily work from that phone. a world of difference. I'd rather pay $800 for a $2k phone and know it will do everything I throw at it, as opposed to getting a slow soap holder and wait 20 minutes for it to switch between Outlook and Teams

I find soda water is much more satisfying (and cheaper) than faux beer.
Yeah about half the beer in my fridge is non Alcoa…the rest are 8-13% but I only crack a strong one once or twice a week as a treat.
A bit of hops goes a long way to tricking my brain onto thinking I'm having a real beer

I know there are people who has medical conditions finding non-alcohol beer helpful to them. Or there are interstate truck drivers decided to just drink non-alcohol beer because they are being responsible to others
I drink beer for the taste of it, you won't see me caught dead with a VB just to get drunk. I find when I don't drink alcohol everything besides tea and water is simply too sweet.
When I'm out at the pub or at a gathering I find fake beers "beer enough" to just drink while not paying much attention to it. Some of them aren't half bad by themselves either. There's nowhere near the variety but they're pretty good.
At least compared to faux wines and spirits, the faux beers are miles ahead. Wine is too expensive to make good alcofree wine, spirits are basically $50 bottles of herb water. Only one I remotely like is the Gordon's fake gin, because it's cheap and has a good juniper flavour to mix with tonic water.

Does anyone know of any <0.5% alcohol beer that doesn't just taste like un-fermented wort?
Every one I've tried tastes like they've just mashed the malt then added hops & called it beer, leaving a sickly sweet aftertaste
