  2. Apparently some support team members have claimed the wait period is a month, not 4 weeks. Personally I think they're confused because it's 4 weeks from the offer expiry. So if the offer lasts more than a day and you purchase on the first day, the wait period can be longer than 28 days (up to 5 weeks for week long offers). ↩

  3. Apparently some support team members claim that the wait period is calculated from the transaction date. I think this is related to the same confusion as detailed in the footnote above, i.e that it's a month from the transaction date. ↩

      Haven't yet picked up the rum, but collected the 54 standard points and the 2000 bonus points and now, since yesterday, I keep getting automated text messages telling me to pick up my order or it'll be cancelled tomorrow (Friday) and refunded within 5 days.

      Not me. Waiting for the 2000 flybuy points and also the 25% cashrewards. Looks like I might have to chase them up but flybuy terms say up to 4 weeks for bonus points to show up.

      So far, nobody has claimed to have been able to resolved the missing bonus points before the ~1 month wait period.

      Did you have any luck prior to that?

        I only got a reply from flybuys last week that I need to wait 4 weeks from expiry of the offer. So today is 4 weeks and here I go again needing to chase them up as it has not credited to my account yet.
