    These are rubbish for calls, voice sounds muffled on the received side. I have been through 8 replacements for being faulty and yes Officeworks do price beat.

      I'm still using Airpod Gen 1 which is great overall including for calls and music. Do you mean these Airpod Pros are worse than the first and second gen standard Airpods? I'm thinking of upgrading soon

        I went from gen 1 to airpod pro and it’s a MASSIVE upgrade. I think the previous comment is an unfortunate circumstance but not a common one. At this price you’ll have zero regrets.

          I haven’t used Gen 1, or 2, but just google “apple AirPods Pro sound muffled” or “apple AirPods Pro sound like under water” there you will find quite a raft of information.

          The music side is absolutely great and the ANC is great, however if my $49 SoundPeats had ANC, I would have never purchased these Pros.

          I've owned the airpod pros for 9 months now and can say that calls are clear and I've received no complaints. BatmanAU's might be an anomaly but certainly wasn't my personal experience.

          According to rtings.com, the Pros are worse overall at voice recording than the gen 1, 2 and 3 AirPods. Hey specifically call out that voice sounds muffled.

          The Pros rate a 5.0, whereas the regular AirPods rate 6.2 (G1), 6.4 (G2) and 6.0 (G3).

          Problem with most comments on call quality for any headphones is that they tend to judge it anecdotally from their own perspective, not that of the call receiver. The Pros are undoubtedly better for you to hear the other person, but reports are common that for the other person it isn’t a good experience.

            @Galvatron: For what it’s worth all, my comment was more aimed at the “8 replacements” being unusual. That sounds pretty isolated. Muffled sound perhaps not, but I’ve not had it poor enough to be an issue in comparison to regular AirPods Gen 1. No one has pointed out any differences to me over quite some time.
