    We had a horrible scenario with Zinus support and moved our business away from them.

    Artiss, who usually make garbage products, have a very decent Ironline clone at a much better price: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/353226099665

        They lost a package and refused to reship it. It took over a month from when we reported it lost to them shipping a replacement and another week for delivery after this. Overall about a 2 month turnaround.

        They offered a $20 discount for the inconvenience lol. Also worth noting we are a business with 50-70 beds purchased from them already.

        Their products are good - just customer support lacking. The artiss bed has been a great replacement for us. Just DYOR before buying other Artiss products as they are usually bad.

        Had a great experience with zinus. 1 part of our bed base had a small bit of shipping damage. Replaced it no worries, New part arrived next day. The quality and customer service actually sold me on the company.

          Thanks for your sharing as well. I think I will still order one this afternoon with cashback bonus. As most of the cooments still happy with their product quality with this price and I like the design. I hope I won't have a chance to deal with warranty. Regarding the delivery, early this year I think most of the retailers were having difficulties in deliverying the goods on time due to the flood. So Zinus hope your CS team could really improve from these complaints as customers can easily search for reviews of the company today.

        It took you over a month to ship a product which you acknowledged was lost. I can't imagine what going through your warranty process would look like.

    Having bought 2 beds from these guys.

    The beds itself are good. Quality is good for the price. Easy to build so no issues at all. I even bought the mattress too which I found were quite good.

    However, the first bed was delivered within a week but that was purchased years ago. The second bed bought earlier this year took over a month to arrive which seem to correspond with recent online reviews.

    Would i buy another bed? Probably not due to delivery issues.

    Hmm, interesting that you mention this is made from solid wood.

    I am trying to get replacement parts for my damaged Queen Zinus Ironline bed order and your CS has advised me my version is no longer available and that the new one is made from bamboo and I would need to be sent this 'upgraded' version instead.

    Anyone order the Zinus Ironline bed from this deal?

    Dealing with Zinus support trying to get replacement parts for mine and they keep telling me its no longer stocked! and that the Amazon listing has not been updated.

    They have offered me the 'upgraded' version which is a different model.

    Bloody frustrating!
