Hi again. Great to see you all got your $10 despite the issues PH encountered with its servers last time - let's hope this one goes off without a hitch.

Ensure you click & buy within the 5 hour promo window. If you can, pay with PayPal and use the Cashrewards App as previous comments suggest better tracking success (see bottom of post for more tips). Should your order fail to track, please lodge a claim after 7 days via click history and the team will take care of it, as they always have - ensure you attach your Pizza Hut order confirmation email (no email, no claim).

  • During the 5 hour promo, 100% cashback for Pizza Hut is capped at $10 in total per member account, irrespective of the number of transactions made. Valid 5:00pm to 10:00pm AEST Wednesday 13/07/2022.
  • Cashback is eligible on use of all Pizza Hut promo codes.

    CR has my click history as Pizza Hut two hours ago, but still has not tracked anything in 'my rewards'. . Paid with PayPal as well. :(

      Cashback ended at 10pm. My local PH wasn't playing ball at 9:20pm (no delivery or pick-up possible).

    How quickly is this meant to track? Mine hasn't shown up. I know about lodging claims after a week, just curious how long it's normally meant to take.

      Mine was tracking about 5 mins after purchases last time. This time however, not tracking, no idea why despite same method worked last time. Will be lodging claim after 7 days.

    I always have to follow up as 99% of all of Pizza Hut cashback deals never track, never have an issue with other sites but I mostly always do with Pizza hut.

    So good that my usual Pizza Hut was not allowing 2for1 Tuesday, tried the new location further away and the Pizza was much better. They put so much toppings on!

    There is nothing like rocking up to your local Pizza Hut store to pick-up your pre-order that you made five days ago, only to find that the store permanently closed down as of yesterday. WTF

        I called them up but they made it sound really convoluted and everything. I have an incident report number so if I don't see a PayPal refund, I'll try that. Thanks!

          Pizza Hut customer support is utterly useless. I had to hound them for weeks to get a refund after turning up to the store and finding they had no stock of what I had ordered. Infuriating.

          I will not order anything from the 3 nearest Pizza Huts to me. Very poor quality pizzas and poor hygiene. Doesn't surprise me so many are closing. It's a shame because when they use fresh ingredients and take some pride in what they make, the pizzas are good. There is just too much inconsistency between stores.

      Hopefully the refund is swift, and the cashback tracks successfully and erroneously as compensation for the lost time, burnt petrol, empty stomach, and general inconvenience. Long may the ghost of Pizza Hut haunt our most vivid nightmares, because who doesn’t like a hearty dose of schadenfreude?

    Supposed to be cut into 6 pieces?
    The two tiny ones I have a literally in quarters, there's no way you'd get pieces from these.

    Am I expecting too much??
