Yeah same, it was showing the stg bonus, then now rejected.
I also made a Myer order 15%+15%, looks like it hasn't tracked yet…SB isn't as reliable as it used to be.
Same on the eBay and my Amazon yesterday didn’t track either. I never found sb to be reliable..

I didn't use any promotion code, paid partially by gift card and my st George visa card, both regular 10% and bank 10% are also got rejected, already raised this with support and awaiting for response

I'm also reporting extremely reliable cashback tracking for St. George. 3/4 of my St. George lounge cashbacks are missing. This is highly irregular for Shopback.
• April 14 - Pizza Hut Bonus - Regular cashback tracked, but bonus St. George missing
• May 3 - eBay - Regular cashback stuck on calculating. St. George cashback marked as rejected. I didn't use any eBay coupons and vouchers.

It already 7 days pass. No one can explain why ShopBack rejected cashback after tracking???
Since these bank joined ( STG, BOM, BSA ) everything mess up. I shop from eBay never have problem before until l add my bank card the first time and l got rejected my cashback with no explanation since l sent e-mail through helpdesk and Sri already know this story but he/she just said remaining investigation. I am not rush but the new helpdesk is useless. How many more day you guy need 7 days, a month or a year to resolve the issue???

Has anyone received email ask for the feedback??? I received today my case still remaining investigation and suddenly ask for good/bad feedback. They did not resolved the issued and ask the feedback.
