Hi Carla, Your parcel is weighting at your local post office could you go in and check out whether they have sent it back as it was express post and is saying it arrived a while ago and weighting for collection thanks :) would hate for you to have to weight longer because it has gone back and I have to post again :) I have emailed you back but it might have gone in your spam :)
you can't spell fpr crap mate, weighting is spelt waiting so unprofessional for a online seller.
Hi athk, Aus post delays and failure to leave a slip for a parcell not delivered is out of my controll and has been delt with, If you are at all worried about your order or how long it is taking you can phone me direct and I can advise where your parcel is and whether it has landed or due to land soon :). Ussually 2 to 3 days is normal for express and a week is normal for normal post :) Some products are drop shipped because we are a small mummy buisness and some are on back order where you will get an email and it is your decition whether you weight longer for a product or you get a refund :) I always recomend you pop a phone number with your order so i can text or call you direct when their is any issue at all with your order, some customers opt out of this option for privacy reasons whitch is up to them :) sometimes emailes go missing into your spam unless I am down on your address book etc. I am a mum of 5 and really appretiate all my customers shopping small but I am not a big brand retailer Just a small mummy buisness :)
