630

Add 3 clearance items to cart and receive the lowest priced item for free.

Where there is more than one offer available on clearance items, you will receive the 'best pricing' on the item - either the discounted price or the promotion price.

Clearance items are end of line products, priced to clear, while stocks last. If you can't find your size or colour, please check with your nearest store. The higher price is not always the price immediately before clearance and intermediate price reductions may have occurred. The Clearance price may have been available for longer than the previous price.

Click & collect available depending on store and item.
A flat rate of $10 is charged for orders under $100.

  • Can you still get the 20% off clearance items with Summit club?

    • No idea sorry. We don't have that offer in NZ.

  • Anyone know if this offer is in store as well? Can see some products saying OOS but has Low Stock in-store!

    • +1

Yes, we saw this offer signposted in one of the stores last week when we were there (Central Park, Sydney store).

    • +2

In store yes. Got from a outlet store.

  • Got three downtec jackets, marked down to 180 from 400+ ( you know) for 360. Great deal. But remember it's only for clearance item. Not all the item onsale instore was not clearance instore.

    • That should have you covered for 3 lifetimes?

      • +3

        There is something called family!!

    • $120 for a down jacket seems pretty average, how would it compare to Uniqlo at a similar price point? Kathmandu are known to pump the RRP and the quality is often not amazing.

      • +1

The quality of similar priced down jackets from Uniqlo is much inferor to Kathmandu sale products'.

Uniqlo's down jackets are ridiculously priced given the quality and how they price them in other countries. Buying them in Australia is a rip off.

      • Don't own a Kathmandu so can't comment but do agree that their RRP is quite ridiculous. In saying that, some of their products are of good quality- I still wear pair of merino socks I bought years ago (on clearance). Pity it was a deleted line (clearance) can't find it in store anymore.

Kathmandu have improved the quality of their clothing in my opinion. The men's flight travel pants are an essential item, so comfy and waterproof. Can be dressed up with work clothes too. They're currently $60 on sale.

  • Prefer the 30% off clearance lines sales
Better to buy just what you want, rather than buy 3 items at a time.

In November sale, bought very comfy $120 Merino top for $28, with the regular $20 voucher bringing that down to $8! Most stores then had 1 or none in stock in my size.

Visited store in a Westfield today - had very limited clearance items, & limited choice of sizes. Couldn't even find 3 items on clearance I wanted.
Best to try outlet stores, that's where stores send their clearance stock.

    • I am looking to get this one.. should I wait and see if it goes to $28 again (in Nov?) or pull the trigger now, you reckon?

      • Sales are unpredictable, as is stock available.

That item's "Umber" colour was year before last. Now $40 only in S That was the price I bought at, less 30% = $28.
Last year's colour was "Spanish Moss Marle" (light green). On clearance recently for $40, now $50 or 3 for $100.

Just know the material is thin & is likely to stretch. Good for city life. Am washing in wool wash on delicate cycle.

Bought then as members vouchers could be used multiple times (in-store) - System now updated😥 (extra 30% discount had to be added manually, & voucher wasn't cancelled!)
        Bought 2 LS ($15) & 2SS ($8) in different stores.

        Good luck!

  • Buy some Katmandu giftcards with NRMA discount for an extra 7% off…I remembered after my purchase.

  • +1

Got 3 of these for 80 bucks (~$26 ea) I saw them in store and they felt mad warm and pretty thick

    • when was that?

    • 90s dad called, he wants his favourite jumper back

    • Oh I had a similar one that I outgrew. Was definitely the most comfy jumper I had. I prefer fully zippered ones now but I'd still wear one if I had it. Definitely not 3 though.

  • Haven't shop at Kathmandu for long time.
