I know this isn't a big ticket item, but I'm trying to find a short USB-C (to USB-C) cable with the following specs:
- Between 10-30cm long.
- 100W PD.
- 10Gbps.
- Right angle connector on one or both ends.
- White.
Would also prefer long warranty.
This Fasgear option is pretty close but too long.

I've looked for the same in the past and it didn't exist.
There were white cables in that length, and ones with rightangle connectors, but none with both
cable and right angle adapter may do the job.

Can you just fold up the fasgear one with some rubber bands?

Maybe easier to order one directly from a factory in China rather than to find them :)
I considered asking Fasgear to make them… but that would still take forever (if they even bothered to think it was worthwhile) and based on @apsilon comments below, Fasgear might not be worth the trouble anyway.
I've bought several Fasgear cables as they appear decent quality but I've had a high failure rate with them. Seem OK for charging but data transfer with them is flaky. Personally I won't be buying any more.

not white tho, and 50cm is longer than your 10cm-30cm but I think those 2 are somewhat flexible requirements. I've also never used that website before, just found it from google search.
You can also get something like this that makes any cable right angle
I had already seen that gadgets4geeks cable. If it was white I would be okay with the length, but I'm still a bit dubious about the brand; it's there own branded cable.
If you want 10,000 of them I know a factory that can make them for you.
You could get a shorter one and put white heatshrink on it.
If I keep one for myself, and sell each one of the remaining 9,999 for a slight discount (8.95 less 0.000895), I could get my one free. The OzB way,
DJI drones come with a short USB C cable with right angle at both ends. Not sure on the other specs.
