I got the $10/$100 offer a couple of months ago, just after I was approved for the credit card.
So I was surprised to get the $15/$150 offer.

That is not a bad suggestion, but there are two things to be mindful of…:
This cashback deal should be fine to stack with Shopback or Cashrewards, which is handy when Shopback or Cashrewards offer 10% or 15% cashback.1 On the other hand, if you redeem at least $0.01 from a Coles Group & Myer gift card or Myer gift card (even a Myer gift card with 15% bonus added to it) for a Myer online transaction, you will earn $0 through Shopback or Cashrewards, because the redemption of gift card will invalidate all cashback.
The upcoming gift card deal at Coles is only for Myer gift cards (which is only redeemable at Myer). However, I suspect a lot of people (like me) will use this Westpac deal to purchase Coles Group & Myer gift cards from Myer (which is redeemable at Myer, Coles, Target, Kmart, etc).
I know it says in the Westpac deal Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, but I am doubtful that Westpac or Myer will ever realise that you are using Shopback or Cashrewards in conjunction with this deal. ↩
You can only get the coles myer gift cards in store, is that right?
Yep. In my experience, not all gift card stands within a Myer store have Coles Group & Myer gift cards. If they do, they are usually near the bottom of the stand.
Personally, I wouldn’t attempt purchasing a Myer gift card online, because Myer sells Myer gift cards online through a separate website, which usually means you’ll never receive cashback on purchases of gift card online. You’re much safer to go to a Myer store if you are looking to purchase any gift cards through this deal.
@WookieMonster: The Myer I went to didn't have Coles Myer GCs on the stands at all checkouts, but I just asked them and they opened a drawer full of them.

No myer offer on mine…must be cos I’ve used it every time to buy coles gift cards. Got this on my Amex though. 😅
