  • Hi, since I new to stocks, can someone advice if they give CHESS shares .Also are they approved, i could not find them at the ASX website: https://www2.asx.com.au/investors/start-investing/find-a-bro…

If you don't find CHESS sponsorship mentioned on its website / in its app, then you should assume it is not a CHESS sponsor.

It is your money, so why don't you ask Tiger Brokers directly before you invest with it? If it doesn't give you a straight answer, then can you trust it to be a custodian of your shares?

The company has an institution HIN, but it doesn't issue individual HIN to customers due to its custodian arrangements, your money is kept in a 'trust account' according to its website. Its broker PID is under OpenMarkets', like Selfwealth.

      • I thought you have your own hin for selfwealth?

        • yes, selfweath is chess sponsor

        • be aware the full stop mark

  • I read their notes and it said they are regulated
Also noted 1 free Apple share and maybe another 1 as well

    • so US stocks instead of $50?

  • I think in addition to the $50 ($25 for Aus market and $25 for US market)
Check the link / what’s your understanding of the details?

  • Why isn't the $40 cashback with ShopBack listed? https://www.shopback.com.au/tiger-brokers

It should be listed top right underneath the deal image preview.
