    • +3

One of the rare times I'm gonna be "that guy" and point out that 3 off-brand coffee capsules probably isn't worth the exchange of your personal information.

    • +1

      What personal info?

    • +2

Completey agree, just setup a burner email address and PO for the pods drop off.

      • I usually give my cat - (profanity)'s information.

      • +6

3 free capsules isn't even worth a trip to a PO Box to collect with going to that level of effort.

        • 3 free capsules, No.. But, 21 capsules, over 7 burner accounts, YES!

  • Awesome! Great pods

    • +2

these are flavoured though = rubbish imo

      • +1

Not a huge fan of the flavoured ones myself. The vanilla is awful & tastes more like licorice. The caramel and chocolate are okay, but weak. You really have to use 2-3 of the pods to get a decent cup.

Free is always good though. I'll take free pods any day!

  • +1

3 pods for your details? Seems like an easy win for Lor!

    • +4

Now they can visit me for a coffee

  • +2

I've only just realised this isn't Lord of the Rings coffee

  • L'OR is not yum.

    • ofcourse coffee is bitter

    • I've found that the Moconna pods taste a little better. But out of all the budget pods I've tried L'OR is better, most budget ones taste watery. And I think Illy tastes exactly the same as L'OR, even though it gets rated on OZB. Starbucks is a bit worse than L'OR.

      • I've gone onto Campos, good for supermarket pods.

  • Pro tips: You don't even have to enter your real name and email. You don't receive their compulsory marketing message

    • +3

Extra Pro Tips: Add the name and email of someone you don't like instead.

      • Yeah, I send this shit to mates addresses all the time. The best ones are the promos that they have to collect from the post office.

"I don't have anything under your name sir, but there is a 4 pack of Jim Beams under the name of "Massive Pedo"…

Find out how much they really want it…

  • LOR you got me again

    CBF for 3 capsules

  • -1

    These taste fowl

    • +2

Like a domestic cock or hen?

      • +3

It's a lot of effort and long wait time for a poultry three pods.

        • +1

          With autofill takes 2 seconds.

  • Thanks O.P worth a try

Coffee pods are terrible for the environment. Especially terrible tasting coffee pods

    • +3

I highly suggest you go to your local mechanics and look through there big blue bin and SEE what they actually throw away that’s bad for the environment.I emptied a mates workshop bins recently and was gobsmacked at what was actually thrown away that you’d think would be recycled….
There’s around 10 mechanics in his area.

      • +1

        yes, that's terrible too

    • pretty sure these pods are made of aluminium, which was recylable last time I checked

  • terrible pods in general.. adding flavour to them? id rather drink blend 43

  • Anyone tried the reusable coffee pods.
Aldi we’re selling them the other week…

  • -2

why not just get a proper coffee machine if you're going to the trouble of making your own coffee pods from reusable capsules? Surely it can't be any more convenient.

    • don't know why you got neg'd. I tried the DIY pods for a few months and ended up going back to my Aeropress as it was both easier, faster, and cleaner

    • I’m happy using pods ,but i wondered what they were like to use that’s ALL…

I’m also happy to drop the used pods off somewhere if Safeway/Coles (where i buy them from) made it an easy process ????

  • Thank you! Got one. I'm interested to try them.

  • The link no loger seems to be working.

  • +2

    Arrived today.

    • Good to hear ):
