Found it under secret menu on KFC app and seems like a good deal.

Comes with 2 burgers, 6 nuggets and sauce, 2 regular chips, 2 regular drinks and 2 chocolate mousse.

For anyone wondering

  When you say hold down on main menu. Is that the 3 horizontal lines to the top left?

  I can’t get this to work. Does anyone have simpler instructions?
