Cashback tracking

  • Cashback is available only if you visit the Domino's website via our platform.
  • Domino's can only confirm to us that an order is recorded if you accept all cookies that appear on their pages.
  • Your Cashback may be tracked at a different rate initially and adjusted to the correct rate when we confirm the transaction details.

Refunds, cancellations and no-shows

  • Any rejected, cancelled, refunded, exchanged or returned purchases will not be eligible for Cashback.
  • For partial returns or exchanges, we'll pro-rate the Cashback as an adjustment.

General disclaimers

  • Accounts that engage in fraudulent orders or activities to game or cheat the Cashback system will be banned and Cashback forfeited. ShopBack reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to disqualify any users at any point of time.

    Heads up, it says Cashback is capped at $10. on the cashback page under other T&Cs.

      Yeah under the "Sunday and Public Holiday surcharge".

      The Apple 85% bonus T&Cs state "Limited redemptions only". It's one per person but doesn't say how many are available.

        Actually not that relevant now that I think about it, the $10 Apple Pay cap is hit at ~$12.

        The limited redemptions is probably just to cover their butts, I don't think any Apple Pay bonuses have ever ended early.

      Bws with apple pay still not tracking. I was told to wait 90 days to see if it tracks. Not sure I should try this offer. More stress for minimal $ gain and lots of fat gain ;) I would if I still trusted shop back with apple pay

    Can someone explain to me why shopback revolves around being with westpac?
    The terms and conditions say only 4 obscure banks are allowed (Westpac, St.George, Bank of Melbourne or BankSA).

    Why…
    It’s just so strange, specific and seemingly not a limited time thing.
    Do I really want to gamble on ordering a pizza in-browser with all these damn things?
    Am I supposed to be impressed with Westpac and want to join?

    Edit: should we ban ShopBack from ozbargain until they agree to have all their terms and conditions to their offers on their website?

    In the APP I stumbled upon:
    “ 3. To qualify for bonus Cashback offer with Apple Pay, you must add an eligible Westpac, St.George, Bank of Melbourne or BankSA debit or credit card (Eligible Card) to your ShopBack account, make an eligible purchase using the same card enrolled in Apple Pay during the offer period.       You don’t if you don’t want to. You’re not being forced to join anything. ShopBack x Westpac have been around for a while, and they have been bringing exclusive deals with other Westpac Group too

      The terms and conditions are pretty clear as is (although albeit can improve), and these are stated to you before you click through to the merchant website

      All you need to do for this deal is: click through to Dominos via ShopBack app/website. Place an order on Domino’s with your linked eligible Apple Pay card that’s on your ShopBack account. Cashback tracks after that.

      All of mine have tracked when I did the order at 11:31pm

      Westpac or their group linked to ur shopback. If u go to app, Applepay offer, it actually tells u which last 4 digits card u can use

    Thanks OP. Dinner sorted. I used my iPad and opened Shopback in Safari browser, then ordered and paid through Apple Pay (St. George bank card linked). In the beginning clicked to activate $2 bonus for Domino's in Shopback. Paid $11, cashback $13. Later pick up Godfather Large pizza 🍕
