Bought these several years ago and they have all finely cracked from some kind of stress and now leak. Never dropped, used mainly for cold but sometimes hot, no sun, no high altitude or deep sea diving, hot hand washed only. Do not recommend, assuming that they haven't improved since then.
Yeah I agree. I’d like a regular mug for at home, that looks like a mug and is ceramic, but has a magical double wall. My teas and coffees go cold too quick in winter. I don’t want glass and see through fancy stuff.

The Bodum double glass are very good - much better than the Aldi ones that leaked after the first wash. Not sure if there's anything good out of this outlet though, they had the same before EOFY.

Double wall glasses are good but the top heavy design means they're very easy to knock over.

Says shipment accepted from OzPost on Wednesday.
And nothing else.

@Nuclearvodka: Wow… was the refund initiated by them or did you request it? They told me that delays were caused by NSW floods, but it still hasn't been shipped, as of today.

Mine got delivered this morning.
Just received mine this morning, but it’s missing a 6+2 Pavina set. Called and no answer (no answering machine). Hope they respond to my email soon.
They responded to mine within a day or two.
Still no shipping info for my order. 16days
I received order confirmation last Wed 10 Aug, and shortly after received an invoice confirming nothing is on back order.
Still haven’t received shipping confirmation or tracking number. Emailed support earlier today to query what is causing the delay. I can’t find any T&Cs on their website re shipping time though, on a quick look.
