INC 100 2kg Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) $59.99 & Free Skipping Rope Delivered @ Chemist Warehouse

80

Been looking at the recent protein deals and decided to add this item to my cart… at the checkout it added "Free INC Skipping Rope GWP"

Website states, "Save $40.00".

Note: this is not a WPC + WPI blend…

Not bad…

  • How are these compared to Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard?

    • They're fine - it's not clear the source of the whey, but they have the same sweeteners. This one has MCT added which some people allege has positive health benefits. ON has digestive enzymes, whey peptides, and more isolate than concentrate.

Overall ON is probably "better", but this is significantly cheaper and still very good.

  • Is this brand owned by Chemist Warehouse? Like a in-house/home brand?

    • Just a Chemist Warehouse exclusive

      Priceless!

Presumably so you can't return it.

Looks like once you got the rope in cart, you can remove this product and add anything else

    • LOL

  • How's this one vs Musashi?

  • I previously posted on Musashi deal but will add here since its a direct alternative. If we're going by cost per serve, myprotein is probably your best bet. Combined with "CASHREWARDS" coupon for 40% off as well as 14% cashback (tonight only) means you can effectively purchase a discounted 2.5kg WPI for $71.2 (or 71c per serve). Although the free skipping rope from this deal is nice!

  • Could someone explain how to take this ? If you go to gym, you must take it to build muscle ? Or after taking it, you can skip meals to lose weight etc ..thanks

Only 77.5g /100 protein for WPI, avoid. Wpi is generally 90g+

    • Agreed. Over 15 % other fillers.

      INGREDIENTS
Whey Protein Isolate (84.5%) [Whey Protein Isolate, Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin)], Cocoa, Flavours, Medium Chain Triglycerides (Contains Sodium Caseinate) Vegetable Gum (Xanthan Gum), Salt, Sweeteners (Sucralose), Anti-Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide),

    • Bulk nutrients is 85/100

      • Guess quality of wpi is declining over time.

I buy pure product WPI (checked and still 90g/100g protein), just gotta wait for sale

Not sure about comparisons to other brands these days, but I usually buy the below for about $89. Showing $59. Good price.

I've been using INC WPI on and off for years. The formula definitely improved. Have taken my training more seriously in the last 1-2 years and now take protein daily.

This stuff does the job. I've tried various other brands and flavours in the past, but always needed to add it to milk, as protein tasted horrible in water. Even then, I would get sick of the taste after some time. For me, the vanilla WPI I linked above blends well (I am using a portable blender these days). Also there's barely a taste when mixing with water, so I literally skull IT it without feeling like I'm about to gag or throw up…
