      That'd be quite the prank. My order has both been marked as completed, shipped on its way at Melbourne airport, and refunded now.

      Edit: this seems highly likely to be honest, or perhaps they're sending out a small sample pack with an apology letter saying it's refunded but enjoy these.

    Now have an email that order cancelled because of website malfunction, and 50% off code for inconvenience. Says refund in 10-15 working days…

    Though as above already have the refund and whatever they shipped is at the local Auspost depo…

    Lmao I just got an email saying my order has been cancelled but already have received tracking. I placed two orders, and each got a separate tracking number. Only received one cancellation email, but fingers crossed it is for both orders lol
