  Feels like this is a scam - paid $93.96 and only got $74.71 in cash rewards. This is not the $5 for 2 years as advertised. Can anyone help me understand what has happened?

              @HamBoi69: I feel if the reporting happened to cash rewards in 3 hours the rates will be the same. In any case paid with paypal that accounted for this
