This is a pretty good deal. It reduces to $4.25 in the cart and buying 4, at least in Melbourne, scores free delivery. Thankyou.

Yeah… I scrolled past this a few times before realising the quality of this deal. Picked up a few packs for social gatherings.

  • Out of Portello which is disappointing, but good bargain as used by dates on sugar filled drinks are naff.

Just over $20 for 5 x 12 packs. Will stash away for some vodka mixes when the weather turns.

    • used by dates on sugar filled drinks are naff.

Except they lose the carbonation over time, but you're right, the no-sugar varieties taste crap (sour) the closer they get to their use by date.

      • Exactly.

A coke rep told me once
12 months shelf life for coke
6 month shelf life for no sugar coke.

If they really were an Australian icon, Riverport wouldn't be calling their soft drinks/cool drinks "soda".

  • Thanks, bought 10 😊

  • Gosh, I just had a look at the previous post for this company and did a bit of investigating. I hope everything will be ok.

  • All types sold out :(

WARNING: Avoid. They have TERRIBLE CS support. They cancelled my order (not drinks) without my consent, tempted to neg.

Since they have less than 200 orders, it's pretty easy for them to figure out who I am, i guess. Asked about delivery and contact email and rep cancelled my order. I'd post the transcript but there's private info in it.

OP what's the cs contact email? .

Edit: rude cs rep, still saying i said something I didn't. Took ages to respond.

    • Did you get a refund?

      • Nope. Hopefully I'll get one in the next few days.

        • Thanks for replying. I am honestly very worried whether we will see our orders and/or receive any refund. If you do receive a refund can you post back? Thanks.

          • +1

@17833: No worries, I'll let you know if I get a refund. Just to clarify, I didn't order any drinks (I bought something else) this morning and it got cancelled within 15 mins or so after ordering/payment. I literally asked 2 questions about delivery info and for contact email instead of relying on chat.

IMO, you don't want to deal with the rep i spoke to (rude, passive aggressive, kept on insisting that I said something i didn't). I emailed them this morning but no response either, so…

Edit: i think you'd get your order but not sure (rep left a bad impression on me).

            @17833: I received my refund.

  • My coke no sugar taste sour after expiration date..that is the first time I notice that soda drinks have short expiration period.

    • Did you contact CS support? If you did, how was your experience with them?

      • i got them from coles and did not consume them in weeks, maybe 2-3 months.

  • Has anyone actually received their order? I have emailed them and haven't heard anything…

    • @WingarR see my comment below.

@17833 Thanks for the reply. Much appreciate with the thorough investigation. Was not aware that this is basically a scam. I hope the mods can ban them and any other future versions of their company.

Luckily for me, it has not been a huge loss but I will try and see if I can get a chargeback

I have done some investigating and found out that Warehouse to Home is operated by Dannielle Graham (D.E GRAHAM & J.A KING). This can be seen by searching their domain as shown here: https://www.whois.com/whois/warehousetohome.com.au It is essentially a rebirth of the webstore Kingdom Warehouse. The domain is owned by the same person as can be seen here: https://www.whois.com/whois/kingdomwarehouse.com.au

The Kingdom Warehouse store is currently offline https://www.kingdomwarehouse.com.au The Kingdom Warehouse store has received multiple complaints regarding money taken and orders subsequently not received. A Current Affair ran a story about them, and Consumer Affairs Australia have issued a public warning. Some links are as follows:

    A Current Affair story: https://9now.nine.com.au/a-current-affair/kingdom-warehouse-…

    Victoria Consumer Affairs Page: https://www.consumer.vic.gov.au/latest-news/kingdom-warehous…

    Western Australia warning: https://www.commerce.wa.gov.au/announcements/consumer-losses…

Facebook Page for affected customers: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1504287493077096/ (you might need to be logged in to see this)
Interestingly on this page, a graphic is shown with the company selling the same Riverport drinks, but for $10 as shown here: https://files.ozbargain.com.au/upload/17833/97603/riverport.…

Product Review Page Kingdom Warehouse: https://www.productreview.com.au/listings/kingdom-warehouse

The ABN history of D.E GRAHAM & J.A KING can be found here: https://abr.business.gov.au/AbnHistory/View?id=86726382081 Some websites are still active. It appears there is a history of failure to deliver orders.

For example, https://littlepetites.com.au/ (NSFW, lingerie). The Product Review website for this website can be found here with mostly negative reviews: https://www.productreview.com.au/listings/little-petites

Here is another company dating back to 2013, Hays Cool Kids, and a Facebook page of customers not receiving their orders: https://www.facebook.com/Hays-Cool-Kids-DONT-BUY-from-THEM-5…

So where to from here? Reading the Facebook page of Kingdom Warehouse, the Government has failed to take criminal action against them, and the amounts lost are small, so it is difficult for the consumer to take any meaningful action. I am not sure how the Government can allow someone to repeat the same behaviour over and over.
I also unfortunately have no idea if orders made from this offer by the Store Rep will be received.

  • Did anyone receive an order?

  • +2

No order received or tracking info and had no reply from any emails I sent

  • +2

    Said shipped, received nothing.

Wouldn’t respond to emails, eventually cancelled order for no reason

    Wouldn’t recommend

    • You should probably change your upvote then.

  • +1

Nope, nope, nope. Not even a single apology offered for weeks and weeks of absolutely silence. No shipments, no messages - NOTHING! And then I was accused of harassment? Absolutely CLUELESS on understanding customers and customer service. Disgusting! AVOID!!!
