    • Atkins Caramel Chocolate Nut Roll Bar 220g, High Protein & Fibre, Pack of 5(amazon.com.au) $5.60 (65% off), expire on 3/10/23

      These are so good.
My gym are giving these away for free

    • Got a few packs of the protein bars, like this flavour and $2 is the best I've seen them.

    • Man, I know I've had a few Amazon rant posts lately but seriously what are they doing…

Ordered a few of the protein bars, still waiting for them to ship 5 days later (as well as few other orders from couple of days earlier). At this rate will be past expiry by the time I actually receive them.

Just me or is everyone still waiting too?

      • +1

got mine a couple of days ago

      • still waiting for them to ship 5 days later (as well as few other orders from couple of days earlier). At this rate will be past expiry by the time I actually receive them.

To me it sounds like a stock issue. e.g. they thought they had 100 but only had 80 therefore a bunch of users are still waiting on their protein bars?

Just me or is everyone still waiting too?

Not to make fun of you or anything. But my last few orders "without Prime sub" have all arrived within 2 to 3 days. I don't get it as well because when I was on Prime before the items arrived in the same amount of time, some orders were next day but yeah only some. Sometimes on Prime I get items in like 5 to 6 days. I assume either stock issues or the item is coming from further away.

        • Yeh the local warehouse stock is ok, still next day or 2 day. It's just the wait for items to ship from the east, on top of the Parcel Post delivery time that's annoying me these days. Sometimes it might be a stock issue, but sometimes I change the destination to Sydney or Melb and it shows next day so it's in stock. I've got Milo cereal that I ordered 10 days ago, that one looks like a stock delay.

The kicker is according to The Grocers feed the protein bars were back in stock at some point today.. only 4 but that's still more than I ordered… 🤷‍♂️

          • @bamzero:

but sometimes I change the destination to Sydney or Melb and it shows next day so it's in stock.

Yeah but you can't go by that info from another City. Pretty sure there is a complicated algorithm giving stock/delivery estimates and so stock could be arriving as it runs out on one side of the country, but majority could be allocated for Sydney etc.
It's not just one big warehouse so you need to consider this together with being run very efficiently (on their end e.g. receive and dispatch) that things might not add up once in awhile. For example I have ordered stuff before as "backorder" and then I look at the link the next day and it's in stock with next day delivery, but I probably don't get my order before others who are ordering while it's "in stock".

      • Most of my warehouse food stuff is arriving in March so… yeh I won't have long to eat them xD

    • Surprisingly I just got shipping notification for 1 of the 2 Carmans bars ordered, and only 32 days after order. Had let them ride to see what would happen, wonder if they are the same expiry (or if the other box will ever ship).

    • Have you tried it? Is it good?

      • No, hoping it is okay though.

        I find it pretty nice

        • Thanks. Finally managed to order a pack this morning.

We have a pepsi called Pepsi Twist in Brazil that is made with Lime (not Lemon) and it is pretty good. I bought a pack to try this one as well.

      • It's ok.. does it have a strong lemony taste? No ; just a hint

    • What is the good/bargain 2nd hand price? (As a buyer)

  • 6 different items just cancelled from warehouse purchases! I knew the 1kg of Lindt balls for $12.50 were what fantasies are made of! ;0

    • Same :( lots of stuff I actually wanted lol

    • I find that when something is OOS or has a problem they cancel every Amazon warehouse order you ahve (not just groceries). Weird system operation but I suggest making less orders at a time

    • Are they still offering credits for the inconvenience if you contact CS?

    • How long ago were the orders placed?
I'm expecting I'll get a cancellation on the Carmans bars I ordered over a week ago…

Probably very average quality but might be good for the kids if they need a cheap speaker. Lightning deal for $22.99, RRP is $47.99. 20 coupons available for both black and blue, so could be posted as a deal on its own but quantity is not worthy imo

      • Just cancelled my May expiry and bought 2x October expiry

        • @I Smell Pennies Not sure what I'm doing wrong but the expiry dates are not showing up when I've checked several items including the ones mentioned above. I've watched your video on how to find the expiry date. I've clicked on "See more" but no expiry dates are mentioned

          • @trixieb: If the expiry date doesn’t show usually the listing isn’t really live yet and you’ll find you won’t be able to add to cart

            • @I Smell Pennies: Just realised I've to add to cart first, then the expiry date shows up
              Thanks

    • Thanks.. hopefully these ones arrive in better condition than last time (rolling around in a box with no packing, smashed to bits.)

Any first hand experience with these? Video quality, ease of setup, reliability and cloud storage and remote viewing?

      Shows as $879

      • Absolutely don't bother - Swann is probably one of the worst brands I've ever had to deal with/install

    • -1

It was very low stock and now sold out.

Not having much luck with warehouse orders lately. 1 pending from 18 days ago, another 6 pending for around a week and one that just got cancelled after 3 days.

    • Yes have had similar experience of late as well.

      • I guess they must be transferring some stock between warehouses as just got a bunch of them delivered together via flex driver.
Just a couple left pending now.

        • Yes what hasn't been cancelled has all been delivered now.

    • Ordered a 10-pack of 100 index cards recently, and it arrived :)
