Looks like a good price in comparison to other stores whilst on my travels searching to buying a condenser mic.

Reviews have it pegged as a decentish mic, however it seems mics around the $200 mark should be the end game.

EDIT: As posts below, it's been cheaper and apparently standard price on eBAY.

Wait for a deal if you can.
