    Previously it had required a $5 spend in the last 12-months, however it seems they aren't enforcing this. I didn't have the requirement either for my birthday.

  This is long-standing deal but now it's during the whole birthday month. I think previously it was only a day either side of your bday or something.

  I availed the free churros for 2 and free small coffee deal simultaneously and without minimum spend. This tells me that the $5 min spend is only at the discretion of the server. I walked out with $25 worth of stuff without paying a cent, so good lol.

  wonder if this offer has come back? partners birthday June no offer, Son's July no offer. Mine August got offer. None of us have had any spend so same conditions. Curious ? Did anyone else get it in June or July?
