I was pro ServersAustralia but now I'm just disappointed.
I wanted to upgrade the RAM on my VPS by 512MB, and the only way the rep said I could do it was by upgrading the whole plan which is ~$30/month more than what I pay at the moment, and the only thing I need is more RAM >_<
For Xen providers it's actually quite common that you cannot upgrade just one resource, as they have split up their RAM & diskspace so preciously, that selling you more RAM means they can't put more VMs on the same box.
Take Linode for example, the RAM upgrade is the same price as upgrading to the next plan.
I am really disappointed by Server Australia, which I can only access their server by web proxy, tried to contact their support but no response at all. (Tried TPG and Exetel IPs, is that because I use their free plan?)
Anyway, those infrastructure problem is a fatal thing for this ISP..
