Personally? No. I'd find it strange because I don't see what that underwear would have to do with helping or easing any discomfort of that male bodily process, but I'm not going to act incredulous or complain about it.
I'd suggest maybe you should sit down and reconsider why you're not "comfy" seeing a post on a deal forum that 1) has nothing to do with you and 2) could help other people, so much so that you feel the need to pipe up, but that seems like it would be futile.
