      I've had nothing but good experiences with them. All the cashbacks tracked within a few hours and most were paid out within a few weeks even though it stated 90 days.

      What problem(s) did you have?

        lol chedar told me to wait 75 days before cash back for menu log… then message them back

        its not something i can refund

          Yeah agreed. The cashback approval time is a pain with Cheddar. I understand they've put it clearly that it takes up to 75 days for Menulog transactions to be approved. But if SB/CR can do it quicker, why can't they?

            @foxes28: I had one from thedom.com and it was paid in 3 weeks. One from Petbarn paid in 5 weeks, so probably just guides rather than the maximum.

              • Menulog transaction made in Jun, still waiting (up to 75 days for approval)
              • Big W transaction made in Apr, still waiting too (up to 150 days for approval)

        Well okay don't take my word for it. Look at literally every Cheddar deal on here.

        Some of my issues:

        • Was promised $50 sign up bonus, never came.
        • 100% Pizza Hut cashback, pulled early.
        • Menulog cashback, waited 3 months and then legitimately got told by support there was an issue tracking and if I could cancel and reorder to get the appropriate cashback.
        • Support takes a LONG time to answer and is probably as bad as Uber Eats.

        Etc etc. I've only used them a handful of times but every single one I've had to chase it up so I can get a few dollars in a few months time. Just not worth it to me.

          Strange. I've had nothing but good experiences, even for the one where I had to contact support they got back to me the next business day.

          They are a new player in the space and not as mature as CR/SB so probably teething issues.

            @coffeeinmyveins: Was going to also say about how their app never works so had to use website on all occasions.

            The only reason this is still up is because CBA is pouring obscene amounts of money into keeping it afloat.

    I made 2 transactions through Cheddar last week, both had upsized cashback, both only tracked at the standard rate. So I had to contact them on both occasions, they fixed it but it's definitely something they need to sort out, who has time to contact them constantly.

    I've had no issues, I've had 250$ clear.

    The customer support actually emailed me to let me know about this deal because I requested bonus BWS cashback.

    I can't complain so far.
