      I own Control as well, and the page says I would get the bundle for $17.94 as expected (it says "complete your collection"). For some reason though, the price is reverting to $71.89 at the checkout (as it's incorrectly including Control at full price). Is anyone else experiencing this?

        Hm, sorry not too sure why that would happen.
        You sure you've got the same version of Control? Not sure if they previously sold a non-ultimate edition or something.

        Could try another web browser or logging out then trying to purchase again.

        Same thing's occurring to me as well.

        I'm betting that you picked up a Control steak key from humble choice a year or so back. Only the base game was given out, but as steam only lists/sells the ultimate edition, our base game keys show up as that in our library instead. As a result, steam messes up with displaying the bundle offer as it's getting it's editions mixed up.

        This caused much of a furor back at the time as there's no option to upgrade properly to ultimate or buy the DLC separately, only repurchase the game again at full cost to get everything instead.
