yes there are digital codes for PS5 games that you redeem via the psn store, a majority of ps5 digital codes sent out are for reviewers etc

I didn't think there were PS5 codes. There's PS4 ones (like the bundled HFW ones below) with free PS5 upgrades included but not PS5 only game codes. Maybe this is some special reviewer code as you say.

The review code i received for Horizon FW included both ps4 & ps5 versions of the game,
and Deathloop was a PS5 digital code i received alsothat picture of the horizon FW coupon could possibly include both console versions also
like i said most developers/studios nowadays send digital codes out for review purposes
How are they offering a PS5 digital copy for any region? Not only are codes region locked, there's no codes for PS5 games.
