It's just more to let you know that it's attainable for Perks members, who will have been sent out a unique code.

I'm sure if you ask nicely, someone will give you theirs.

OP says unique code in email. You’d know if you took 1 second to read.

      Also, rude much?

What part did you not read where it said “ Unique code required”

What a great way to make a first impression. You've literally contributed nothing to this site and I bet you've been reading it and leeching for ages. Yet your first comment isn't to say thanks, it's to make a self entitled complaint. Get over yourself.

I wish there was a way to share codes to only people who have posted at least X deals or made Y comments, so the codes don't get used by people like you or other new "members" who just take and never contribute back.

      • Agreed, is there a way we can suggest this to the mods?

        • -3

The mods probably like the leechers. After all if they're leeching, it means they're browsing the site and therefore generating ad revenue.

Of course, there would be no content for them to collect ad revenue from if members didn't contribute.

Don't take it to heart, it's the internet!

Also, this really is not a deal even at half price, JB 'save' up the good deals for us perk members.
The only deals have been the 2 x $10 off.

      • it's to make a self entitled complaint

….or was a weak trolling attempt.

I don't think I've seen a comment get this many negs since I've joined, well done PAL setting records off the bat!

  • Thanks OP, good first post!

Seriously who spends $250 on these??? Lol

Like so many consumer electronics items, it's when they go on sale with a massive price cut that you realise how much margin the manufacturer and/or distributor and/or retailers are playing with normally. At 50% off, mouths are still being amply fed - from Shenzhen to Shellharbour.

That's why I'm shameless about negotiating a better price with consumer electronics, electrical, furniture, cars (et al). I simply set a walk-away price and if they can't/won't get to what I think is fair, then I politely withdraw from the purchasing discussion and try somewhere else. Given what I know about FMCG, I'd love to do the same in supermarkets etc but I know I'd have a snowball's chance in hell of being successful 🤣

These perks offers are getting worse and worse

Appears they're using the "Perks" label to offload stock of products that aren't selling, hoping that we'll take the bait!

      • I was thinking the same thing when I got the email.

    • Holding out for another $10 voucher, surely that's coming up soon!

It's $139 at Westfield direct (code:WDSURPRISE20) . Seems normal price is around $150 amazon, catch….

Even at the sale price, it's still expensive.

I don’t need one but kudos to all offering to share their codes! Great community spirit!

  • Mophie support is the worst.

  • I desperately want one but i got the samsung trio

is this better than snap 2 wireless? their ads always block my fun time in the tok ……

  • These charges usually form an opposite benefit, and restrict the ability to use any device that is currently charging. Bedside table for night, but any active user will find the lack of charge when you want to hold and use a device limiting.
