Best of luck with your business! That's pretty cool.

Underdosed pre for seventy bucks a tub is going to be a tough sell.

    • 30 serves at that 😳

Thanks so much for the feedback! All the guys are super excited to keep growing the business and use all the feedback we can get. Although our Pre may look underdosed at 30 servings, it's actually because we took a different approach. If you look at Disorder by Faction Labs as an example, you would have to take 2 scoops out of their 50 serving tubs (Making it a 25 serving tub) to get close to the equivalent of our 30 serving tub. Our approach was making a Pre-workout that wasn't overdosed but a Pre where all the ingredients work together to help with Muscle recovery, energy levels with zero crash, pump and focus. Things like L-citrulline were lowered but paired with Australian Himalayan Pink Salt to give you one of the craziest pumps. From experience we've had people become addicted to the feeling they get from their pre and we chose to help athletes / gym rats with their training instead of giving them a euphoria feeling. With that being said, this is an all-rounder pre for new people at the gym as well as regular gym-goers. This is our first product of many and we are excited to let you know we plan on releasing a cracked out Pre-workout made for people that are in the gym 6-7 days a week.

      • Actually disorder single scoop out doses your product in citrulline malate (3000mg vs 2000mg) only slightly under on anhydrous caffeine (250mg vs 320mg) yes it is lower in other areas but also has the benefit of an established product with a reputation for great tasting pre workout.

A better comparison would be something like a HYDE xtreme which can be had for <$30 for a 30 serve tub.

  • Never really understood creatine in a pre workout but surely 500mg is a typo?

    • +3

      500mg

For when you want to SEE THROUGH TIME

      • You are confusing grams and milligrams. 5000mg or 5g is the typical serving size of creatine

    • Hey! Thanks so much for replying your thoughts, everything helps us out :). Originally we we're planning on putting in 3000mg - 5000mg but after a survey a few months ago, we realised quite a few people don't enjoy taking creatine. As this is an all-rounder pre that, we decided to put in 500mg for those that don't take creatine everyday. If you are taking Creatine, we do recommend taking 3000mg - 5000mg every day and drink lots of water so that it is effective! We will have a future product that includes 5000mg so that more gym-rats don't need to take pre-workout & creatine in the one-day.

      • So what is the point in putting it in at all? Filler?

        • We found that a small amount helps contribute a supply of energy in a quick burst to your muscles while you work out as well as helping with muscle recovery. Creatine is created naturally in your body but if you are working out regularly you gotta keep up your levels so adding the 500mg just helps reduce muscle fatigue and keep a consistent amount of energy in your workout. Hope that helps!!

          • @BenJoyce: Can you link the research you found this info? All for someone giving it a crack but gotta get your info from a reliable source…

  • $70 for 30 serves is crazy, I've never paid over a $1 a serve for preworkout

    • Would love to know what pre-workouts you currently use! Comparing our product to Disorder by Faction Labs, our product only uses 1 scoop where-as their pre requires 2 scoops for it to get a similar effect.

  • Pre-workout makes sense, but I really don't see why there's no pre-workout that doesn't destroy your kidneys with every stimulant and fake sugar in existence. Maybe there's a market for something a little more gentle???

    • There is… Jack3d

      • Looks absolutely the same as everything else, it even has fake sugar in it.

    • +1

I've heard good things about the Gorilla Mind products.

    • I hear you! We're actually planning on creating a no-sugar / non-stim with a similar formula that might be more up your ally! I can understand 320mg of caffeine is crazy for people that don't normally drink coffee (320mg is around 4 shots of coffee). Our formula was created with the idea to help gym-goers as well as athletes with a balanced formula but if you do how any advice then feel free to message us on Instagram at zionsupplements.

  • +$10 flat-rate post to QLD (didnt check rest of the states)

bro you can get total war for <$45-50, express shipped on ebay during the frequent sales. Sometimes even with free shaker.

    • I hear you, I hear you. Being a small business our shipping is actually between $9.50 - $12.50 per parcel, so sometimes we even lose money on shipping! As we are an Australian owned and made (Manufactured in Gold Coast, Australia), it's hard for us to compete initially with big brands. With that being said, the only major difference between our product and Total War is the L-Citrulline which helps with blood flow. We found that by lowering L-Citrulline and using Australian Himalayan Pink Salt, it gave you a massive pump without overdosing while still getting all the benefits from the L-Citrulline.

Obviously I see where you are coming from and all this feedback helps us improve next year when we release new products!

      • OP what are you referencing when you say "we found"?

        • Referring to 12 months worth of trialing a few formulas and the results we got between people. We added the Himalayan Pink Salt after realising a lot of people we know we're just adding it to water or their pre-workout to get a better pump. In reference to the L-Citrulline, we didn't see any major difference in performance when increasing the dose to 3200mg like other pre-workouts normally have; but this was all personal preference between our team and our friends at the time. Our goal was to create a formula that helps with muscle recovery, focus, pump, energy and an amazing taste // easily drinkable.

As everything is manufactured in Queensland, we're really excited to take all this feedback from everyone for next year when we improve / release new products!

  • Using Nexus Per4m atm which is ok. I have a high tolerance to stims so nothing really gives me a buzz atm. Haven’t looked at your ingredients, how do they compare to Per4m which I got for $65 / 50 serves

    • So i'm not sure how you are actually using Per4m but you are actually meant to double scoop their product to get the outcome you want from the pre (making it 25 serves)! Per4m has some amazing flavours but the only thing you might notice is, 1 scoop will be too underdosed to see results ("give you a buzz") but 2 scoops will overdose a few ingredients, for example two scoops would give you 400mg of caffeine being the equivalent of a 5 shot coffee which is unnecessary especially if you already drink coffee in a day and may lead to a bad addiction. With that being said though; if you did take 2 scoops of Per4m; it would be a more high stim product so if thats what you are after and you haven't tried 2 scoops yet then give it a go!

Our product is meant to only be one-scooped so that all of the ingredients work together to help you perform in the gym. We didn't really take a "cracked out pre" approach it was a focus on muscle recovery, focus and pump.

Hope thats helpful! What's your favourite flavour of pre? Let us know what you like most about your pre and we'll keep that in mind when we develop our new pre-workout next year :).
