Seems cheap. I was looking for the Season Pass to go on sale, and saw this.
For the price of a Season Pass, you get the game, Season Pass 1 and 2, and all DLCs (as far as I know).

I much rather, Tom Clancy's Alive Person Privacy Mildlands Average Edition
Standard edition is in Gamepass. It runs at a very low frame rate on XSX. Gameplay is okay though, it feels a bit like classic Tom Clancy rainbow six games mixed with GTA.
I played through the Year 2 Gold Edition when it was on special at EB Games for $5
Not sure how much worthwhile content is missing from Year 2 Gold compared to the Ultimate.
It's a good game but TBH I would probably just buy the base game.

As for current pricing, sure, good price. For a game that is over half a decade old, definitely not.
