The returns seems to contradict their terms and conditions. On that page it says sale items can't be returned.

  marcs feels like a marc jacob rip off, the logo feels so similar. however, marcs was established earlier than marc jacob. lol. just a little trivia. =p

    yeah that's what i thought when i first saw this brand. But thing is, marc jacobs is much more well known than marcs. I've heard people saying they've 'got a pair of marcs' when what they meant was they have a pair of marc jacobs.
