I contacted them 2x when I had issue with my transfer. Got responses the following day for them to resolve it. Luck of the draw I guess
Had issues with a payment once as they round off cents. Had to reach out on FB and Insta to get attention.
Any idea if Oporto sells gift cards ?
Not sure. I tried Nando’s, they no longer sell physical giftcard at my store
