Xtend what exactly?
Xtend is the product name. It is a BCAA ( branched-chain amino acids ). Predominately used during workout as the BCAA has a fast uptake for when your muscles need protein.
Some people who are intolerant to whey also take this as a substitute.

Would recommend anyone against wasting money on this product. Just get your protein from quality sources and this is a just expensive flavouring for a drink that doesn't even taste good
