ShopBack - NordVPN Incorrect Tracked Amount

Hi all,
I purchased NordVPN as a new customer on 20/06/2022 and Shopback is only tracking 20%. I am almost 100% certain that Cashback on that day was 90-95% with Shopback.
Made an enquiry with them and they claim that it wasn't. My question is, is there any way of verifying the % amount on the day. I can't find a post on OZB close enough to that date to support my claim (for me to assure that I'm right and justify drilling them further).

Thanks in advance for any advice/ personal experiences shared.

    I've just had a look on my end and can see we had 20% Cashback on the 20th of June 2022.
    There was an upsize from the 21st - 24th of June 2022, so you missed this upsized rate by a day.

  • Buddy - if you signed up at any time where you weren't getting 95% cashback you really need to cancel within the full refund window and wait for the deal to come back up again.
