      They are twice as good as the last QCY I bought. I don't know if they are better then these.

        What about the tozo A1? My last qcy lasted me a few years and that's why I was going to get these after good experience. They still work actually I just don't want to deal with microusb anymore. Taotronics were no good, dying after using three times.

  Bought this on 3rd August for same price. It was lightning deal as well. I love them. Been using Jabra 75t active and this are good as well. Bought it as a spare but been using this instead of jabra.

  Seem to have gotten some duds. Can connect to phone, but then they loop into a disconnect reconnect cycle. Same with computer. I have tried a few times to reset them with no success. Also max volume each time they do this cycle on computer, but not on phone.

    Alright. Unpair earbuds completely from all devices. Completely reset the T13's following the instructions. Hold down the button in the case with the earbuds in it for like 10 seconds. Remove both earbuds from case. Use phone connect firstly to "QCY_App" (or something like that.) After successful pairing with that then pair with "QCY T13" and you should be good to use these.

    I still have the same issue as my previous post with my computer, but they work with the phone now.
