I am sure a few of you would have encountered this issue already, I am trying to VPN to Turkey to a buy a couple of paid courses, but am unable to and get "sorry we are unable to complete purchase", or word to that effect.
I was wondering if someone has figured out a way around this?

The shit courses that you're talking about go free, because they're all reading a similar script. Not all udemy courses are shit. There are none that are worth full price, but some of the programming ones are well worth the 15 bucks
Udemy offers discounts for new accounts/users. So you might find a cheaper price if you visit incognito and sign up to a new account. No need of VPN etc
One solution is just wait. Udemy courses cycle to $0.00 frequently then full price then "amazing deal" $14.99 or whatever then $0 again and so on.
Most of them are copy-paste of each other reading a similar script anyway.
