plenty on Amazon for much cheaper.

    • Hi SpeedRunnerLink,

We make sure to carefully select brands that are of high quality and reliability.

The Veratemp brand is the only brand with a lifetime guarantee in Australia.

This is especially important when it comes to products such as thermometers where accuracy and longevity is vitally important.

The life time guarantee gives the end consumer more peace of mind and better lifetime value.

Veratemp is one of the leading and most trusted brands in the thermometer category and is very well known, being around for decades.

Hope this helps with your purchasing decisions.

      Warm Regards,

      Tilba Beauty

  • Op, a low value post every 9 days, isn't the right approach here.

Go check your sales metrics, and you should see these posts don't do much.

  • Welcome to 2020.

  • These cheap infrared thermometers are not very consistent. A difference of a few centimetres distance or a slightly off angle can change the temperature reading by +/- 1C, at which point you may as well just hold your hand to their forehead and guess the temperature.

  • I've got this one, seems good. I don't have any others to compare, at the time I did research a bit to find a semi reliable thermometer. Anyone else with better recommendations please let me know

I believe rectal thermometers are the most accurate

Well that's something to chew on.

        • No, it's something to poo on..

    • We have the Oricom HFS1000 and a digital thermometer as a backup. IIRC, purchase was made based on choice reviews.

Most of these thermometers have bad reviews as they only work above a certain ambient temperature(16 degrees IIRC).
