          The FCL checkout system allows split payments on the purchase of gift cards, but it's another question whether the staff member wants to do this or knows how to do this.

    The exclusions are weird and annoying. I don't see why customers should be impacted by whatever weird back office issues cause some branches of the same store to be excluded. These aren't franchises or anything like that, are they?

    Also worth noting is that Sans Souci doesn't appear on the list of the excluded locations, but it also doesn't come up in the Amex app when searching for nearby locations, and it comes through as "Liquorland Warehouse" on the Amex statement.

    I got it on 1 of 3 types of cards, being my Plat. Reserve Credit Card. But unless there is an opportunity to stack, then I will skip it.

      Yes

      I'm not phased, because ~40 percent of the time, I don't get an email from AMEX but I still (eventually) receive my statement credit.
