I have this for a year now, at half price it's a solid choice but it's quite dated so it's just a good old normal air fryer. No way it's worth $399 though.
I believe this is the model I have. Works well enough; certainly faster than a standard oven for things like chips.
One thing to be aware of:
There are little rubber bits on the removable tray that provide a buffer between the tray and the interior of the hopper, and they slowly accumulate grease and need to be pulled off and cleaned.
They are small enough to go down typical drains, so if you forget and let the water out……
I lost one and preordered some replacements from Tefal and it’s been 6 months and still not available, and where that one is missing the non-stick is starting to get scratched
