      As much as I like Daniel, Monza was gifted by Max and Lewis playing silly buggers.

      I also would blame McLaren overall though… they spend $20 mil. on Daniel and couldnt "performance manage" a car for him?

      Daniel dragged Alpine Renault to 5th so he can push a mediocre car to some results.

        He has legitimately underperformed except on the odd occasion the the racing gods gifted him a win and the odd decent points finish.

        If you look at the greatest drivers, they could always talk with their engineers about what they needed improved. Daniel isn't one of these.

        Sorry to say, he (profanity) up when he left RBR to go to Renault and I doubt he'll have another chance in a competive car.

        Loads of cash though. But I bet he regrets the move.
