  • 5V/3A, 9V/2A, 12V/1.5A

Aren't all of those options 18w rather than 20watt?

      5V/3A

      That's 15W, not 18

  • Looks like a good price, but is BDI an OK brand? Never heard of it….

It's such Good brand it's sold out on aliexpress, you can't even find it there!

…jokes aside, it's not a brand. It's brandless. We don't like heymix here for a good reason. These brandless ones will just be worse…but without brand so no one can track how much worse!

      Short answer: no.

These things are a complete mixed bag even with SAA certification.

Ideally, you'd be buying from a reputable brand with a proven record or at the very least checking through product reviews.

I always hesitate with these "Yum-Cha"specials… particularly if it looks too good to be true… they usually turn out to be dogs with fleas imho….
        caveat emptor…

That said, do you have a recommended brand preference for these type of devices?

        Cheers

Any reputable brand: Apple, Samsung, Anker, Belkin, Satechi.

          For my phone(S20FE), I'm currently using a 20W Apple charger(from an iPad) and a 25W Samsung 25W PPS.

I have a mix of chargers from Samsung, Apple, Satechi, Belkin, and Zendure.

        • Bro yum cha isn't synonymous with "specials". When was the last time you had yum cha? It's expensive

    2x Chargers $11.96
    Postage to Vic $7.49
    Total cost delivered $19.45

However, after looking on ebay for about 20 seconds I was able to find it cheaper. 2x 20w charger for $18.87 delivered. As usual, eBay is cheaper than 'deals' posted by store reps. Could probably find it cheaper on ebay too if you were committed

  • $8 delivery to Sydney kills the deal.
